The phones are working, the internet is connected, the computers are installed, the exam rooms are stocked with medical supplies, and the sign is on the door (and out by the road)! Thanks to so many community partners and volunteers, The Mercy Ministries is FINALLY ready to begin seeing patients at our new clinic location in Graham, GA! Beginning, June 6th, TMM’s newest team member, Nurse Practioner Deborah Stively, will start seeing patients that have applied and been accepted into TMM’s program. (Applications can be submitted any time. Click the link below for TMM – GC’s contact information, application instructions, etc.)
As with many expansion projects, the road to TMM – Graham Campus has been longer than expected and contained a few potholes, but praise the Lord, we are on the home stretch! With over 7,400 people under age 65 living in Appling, Jeff Davis, and Bacon counties without health insurance (according to 2017 data collected by CENSUS.gov), TMM is thankful for the opportunity to begin serving those in need that have been praying for physical, mental and spiritual healing. Please be in prayer for the “bumps” that are sure to pop up in the next couple of weeks and stay tuned for the official GRAND OPENING ceremony to be scheduled later in June.
TMM’s Development Director, Casey Hutcheson, spent the day in Appling County last Thursday and took some pics of the new clinic after attending Plant Hatch’s annual health fair, where she educated area locals of the work being done at TMM in their own backyard. Check it out! YOU are a part of this kingdom work through your faithful prayers and financial support!
Quick note: One immediate need the Graham campus has is the need for a table that will seat 6 comfortably with at least 6 small, matching chairs. This room will be used for health education classes, employee staff meetings and more. If you or your organization can donate towards this need, please contact Michelle at 912-539-9953.
