This month, The Chalmer's Center, a non-profit based in Chattanooga, TN with the mission to "help churches and ministries discover better ways to love the poor," contacted The Mercy Ministries to inform Clint Hutcheson, Director of Mercy University, that he has successfully taught/facilitated more Faith & Finance classes than any of the other 10,000 ministries they have trained to do so in the US and abroad.
!!! WOW !!!
In fact, The Chalmer's Center sent a research team from their partners in the Department of Economics and Community Development at Covenant College to interview Clint, myself and two of the recent Faith & Finance class graduates about the program. (We will share the link to the video as soon as we have it.)
Not only was the researchers' visit an honor, but it was perfect timing as we are gearing up to start our fall Faith & Finance classes at our Lyons Campus NEXT WEEK (and hope to offer them in Graham starting in Jan. 2020).
To God be the Glory!
With your support, Mercy has seen the Faith & Finance class transform families and empower them with the tools needed to take control of their finances and begin implementing the Biblical principles of living on a budget, saving for the future, tithing and giving joyfully to further the Kingdom.
And the best part... the class is open to anyone in the community, not just Mercy patients!
SO, if you know of someone who may be interested in the class, please send them the information below TODAY while we still have a few spots open!
